The default paper size is used when the selected paper size is 
requested but the input tray is missing from the engine. 

100 (0.33"/.84 mm)

Values above 100 move the image down.

Values below 100 move the image up.

Values above 100 move the image to the right.

Values below 100 move the image to the left.
