The power cannot be turned on.

+3.3V is not outputted.

The key operation is not functioning.

Replace IC101.

Is the USB cable or the USB terminal of the PC side normal?

Is the +5V line voltage normal?

Are the contact point and the installation state of the key 
switches(SW101~SW134) normal?

Check JK101 and the periphery circuit, and replace it if defective.

Check JK101 and the periphery circuit, and replace it if defective.

Does LED (D153A~D183A/D153B~D183B) light correctly ?

When pressing each key switches, do the voltage of each pin of 
IC101(shown below) decrease?
SW133, SW125, SW119, SW113, SW107, SW101 : IC101 61 pin
SW134, SW126, SW120, SW114, SW108, SW102 : IC101  1 pin
SW131, SW127, SW121, SW115, SW109, SW103 : IC101 63 pin
SW132, SW122, SW116, SW110, SW104 

: IC101 64 pin

SW129, SW123, SW117, SW111, SW105 

: IC101 62 pin

SW130, SW124, SW118, SW112, SW106 

: IC101 60 pin

Reconnect normally.

Refer to FLOW CHART NO.1 [The 
power cannot be turned on.]

Re-install the switches 
(SW101~SW134)

Check Q105~Q108 and the periphery 
circuit,and replace it if defective.

Check the key switches 
(SW101~SW134) and their periphery, 
and service it if detective
