The key operation is not Touch sence functioning.

Replace IC101.

Are the contact point and the installation state of the JOG Wheel 
Top panel normal?

Is signal output from IC104 pin No.5?
Doesn't Touch : 0V / Touch : 5V

Replace the JOG wheel.
