Secure
the
two-point
mounting
plate
to
the
L-shaped
bracket
with
two
countersunk-head screws (M5 × 25) and two wing nuts and washers, see
Figure 2-2 Securing the Two-Point Mounting Plate to the L-shaped Bracket

Install the L-shaped bracket and the Pole holder on the pole and tighten the screws,
