11 Troubleshooting 
This section describes how to troubleshoot some problems when they occur to your phone.   
Why can’t I turn on my phone as I press the power key? 
Either you didn’t press the key long enough, or the phone has shut down because the battery power 
level is too low. Please recharge the battery. 
What can I do as my phone displays “Enter PIN“ when it is switched on? 
Input the PIN or input the new PIN if you have changed the code. The code can be set “off” if you do 
not want to input. See “To use the SIM PIN” in Section 5.3. 
Why does my phone display “

Turn off your phone and make sure that you have inserted a valid SIM card. 
What can I do as my phone display “Unlock“? 
Enter the device lock code.

Why are some calls not processed? 
Certain call barring function may have been set to restrict phone usage. Check the call barring status 
and cancel as necessary.
