To minimize the environmental impact and take more responsibility to the earth we live, this document
shall serve as formal declaration that the (Name of Products) manufactured by ZTE CORPORATION
are in compliance with the Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament - RoHS (Restriction of
Hazardous Substances) with respect to the following substances:

2002/95/EC; however, some assemblies are customized to client specifications. Addition of
specialized, customer-specified materials or processes which do not meet the requirements of EU
