1.  Press the OK Key [MENU] > Settings & Tools > Display Settings > Banner. 
2.     Select from the following options and press the OK Key. 

  Personal Banner: Enter the text and choose the text color for the personal banner displayed 

in idle mode by pressing the OK Key [SET]. 

  ERI Banner: Set to display the ERI banner in idle mode or not by selecting On or Off and 

pressing the OK Key [SET]. 

This option allows you to set the backlight duration for the display screen and keypad. 
1.  Press the OK Key [MENU] > Settings & Tools > Display Settings > Backlight.   
2.  Select from the following options and press the OK Key. 

  Display: Set the backlight duration for the main screen as 7 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 

seconds, Always On or Power Save Mode. Highlight the desired setting and press the OK 
Key [SET]. 

  Keypad: Set the backlight duration for the keypad as 7 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 

Always On or Always Off. Highlight the desired setting and press the OK Key [SET]. 

This option allows you to choose the background image displayed in idle mode. 
1.  Press the OK Key [MENU] > Settings & Tools > Display Settings > Wallpaper. 
2.     Select My Pictures or Fun Animations and press the OK Key.   
3.     Highlight the desired image and press the Left Soft Key [Preview] to view it.   
4.     Press the OK Key to set it as wallpaper. 

This option allows you to choose different themes for the phone's menus. 
1.  Press the OK Key [MENU] > Settings & Tools > Display Settings > Display Themes. 
2.     Press the Right Soft Key [Help] to view the help information. Press the Left Soft Key 

[Preview] to preview the highlighted display theme.   

3.     In the preview interface, press the Directional Key left or right to change the themes. Press 

the Left Soft Key [List] to go back to the theme list. 

4.     Select either VZW White, Neon, or Rebirth in theme list or preview interface, and press the 

OK Key [SET] to save the setting. 

This option allows you to set the main menu display. Press the OK Key [MENU] > Settings & 
Tools > Display Settings > Main Menu Settings. 

Menu Layout 
Set the menu layout to Tab, List or Grid by pressing the OK Key [SET]. You can press the Left 
Soft Key [Preview] to preview the menu layout. 
Replace Menu Items 
1.  Select the item you want to replace and press the OK Key [EDIT].   
2.     Then select the item in the list you want to replace it with, and press the OK Key [SET]. 
3.     Press the Left Soft Key [Done] to complete the setting. 

Position Menu Items 
1.  Select the item you want to move and press the OK Key [MOVE].   
2.     Highlight the desired position using the Directional Key and press the OK Key [SWAP]. 
3.     Press the Left Soft Key [Done] to complete the setting.
