Press the Right Soft Key [Options] and select Reset My Shortcuts and press the OK Key.   
Select Yes and press the OK Key to reset all the shortcuts to the factory default. 

 
Setting Directional Keys 

This option allows you to set shortcuts to assign applications to the up, down and left 
Directional Keys. 
1.  Press the OK Key [MENU] > Settings & Tools > Phone Settings > Set Shortcuts > Set 

Directional Keys. 

2.     Highlight the Directional Key you want to change, and press the OK Key [SET] to enter the 

available applications list. 

3.     Press the Directional Key up or down to select an application for replacement and press the 

OK Key to confirm. 

You can change the phone language between English and Spanish. 
1.  Press the OK Key [MENU] > Settings & Tools > Phone Settings > Language.   
2.     Select English or Español and press the OK Key [SET] to confirm. 

This Global Positioning Service (GPS) location feature can identify your location to the network. 
You can fully enable this GPS location function or set GPS to work only when you dial 911 from 
your phone. 
1.  Press the OK Key [MENU] > Settings & Tools > Phone Settings > Location. 
2.     Select one of the following options and press the OK Key [SET]. 

  Location On: GPS location function is on wherever the feature is available. 
  E911 Only: GPS location function is on only when you dial 911. 

Note: This feature is only available on the Verizon Wireless network. 

This option allows you to select your current location. 
1.  Press the OK Key [MENU] > Settings & Tools > Phone Settings > Current Country. 
2.     Select your current country in the list and press the OK Key [SET] to confirm. 
Note: To assure that your phone works properly while you travel to a different country, please 
verify the country of your current location so the correct Country Code can be applied. 

Edit Codes 
1.  Press the OK Key [MENU] > Settings & Tools > Phone Settings > Phone Security. 
2.     Enter the lock code and press the OK Key. 
3.     Select Edit Codes and press the OK Key. 
4.     Select Phone Only or Calls & Services and press the OK Key.   
5.     Enter the current lock code and press the OK Key if needed. 
6.     Enter the new lock code and press the OK Key. 
7.     Re-enter the new code for confirmation and press the OK Key. 

 

Restrictions 
1.  Press the OK Key [MENU] > Settings & Tools> Phone Settings> Phone Security. 
2.     Enter the lock code and press the OK Key. 
3.     Select Restrictions and press the OK Key. 
4.     Enter the lock code and press the OK Key.
