Copying documents
1.
Ensure the printer is loaded with paper.
2.
Load the original document in the scanner according to your HP MFP instructions.

Authenticate using your badge (please refer to the instructions detailed in the “Authentication”
section of this manual). When your name appears at the top of the screen, touch the Copy button
on the touch screen. If the Copy button is not visible, use the Home key or the scroll navigation
keys to navigate until you see the Copy button. If the Copy button on your printer display is grayed
out, this function is not currently available; please contact your system administrator.

Follow the copying instructions detailed in your HP printer manual. Your copy will be completed.
