The number of SMS storage locations which the INSYS GSM should consider during its
query routine can be set in the HSComm software in the tab "Basic settings" in the group
"GSM connection" in the entry field "Configured SMS storage locations".
A problem may occur if there are more incoming SMS than SMS storage locations are
queried. In this case, SMS are stored in the storage location which is not considered by
the query and can therefore no longer be processed by the INSYS GSM.

SMS processing through the application
The INSYS GSM will not delete unknown SMS messages if in the HSComm software in
the tab "Basic settings" in the group "GSM connection" the check box "Leave remote SMS
in SIM buffer" is marked. End device applications can therefore use these SMS messages.
(Operating mode AT**SMSRX=2),
The SMS which are not processed by INSYS GSM stay in the buffer of the SIM card until
they are retrieved by the application via the serial interface, and deleted.
