5.3
Replacing Stator / Wiper Ring
Preparation
• Switch dispensing station off and safeguard against unauthorised use.
• Disconnect compressed air supply.
• Remove product container – see also Section 3.5.
• Disconnect compressed air supply.
• Remove product container – see also Section 3.5.
5.3.1 Unscrew

• Raise Pump Unit (D) to top position (direction of arrow) and hold.
• Lightly hand tighten the locking screw (G). Pump unit is locked into place in top
• Lightly hand tighten the locking screw (G). Pump unit is locked into place in top
position.
• Disconnect plug connection (A) pressure switch.
• Disconnect plug connection (B) pump motor.
• Unscrew pressure line (H).
• Hold pump unit and remove screws (E).
• Disconnect plug connection (B) pump motor.
• Unscrew pressure line (H).
• Hold pump unit and remove screws (E).
