5.3.2
Disassembling the pump – Removing the stator
• Position the pump unit in a vise so that the jaws clamp on the mounting flange (1).
Do not loosen the clamp ring (2). Pump (a) must remain connected to
gearbox/motor (B).

• Unscrew vent screw (5).
• Unscrew 3x clamp nuts (3) of compression screws (4) together with sealing

• Remove follower plate (7).
• Back off screw (8) (anti-twist feature) a few turns.
• Remove the stator (9) by twisting and pulling in direction of arrow until it comes off

• Remove the stator (9) by twisting and pulling in direction of arrow until it comes off
the rotor assembly.
5.3.3
Replacing the wiper ring
• Loosen the clamp ring (2) and pull Pump (A) off the drive motor (B).
• Unscrew vent screw (5).
• Unscrew 3x clamp nuts (3) from two-part follower plate (7).
• Pull off follower plate and disassemble.
• Separate the two follower plate sections and replace wiper ring (10) by a new one.
• Replace gaskets of clamp nut (3) and vent screw (5).
• Unscrew vent screw (5).
• Unscrew 3x clamp nuts (3) from two-part follower plate (7).
• Pull off follower plate and disassemble.
• Separate the two follower plate sections and replace wiper ring (10) by a new one.
• Replace gaskets of clamp nut (3) and vent screw (5).
Re-assemble in reverse order.
