Refer to the documentation that came with your PC / Apple Mac  for information about: 

1.  The devices that you can connect to your PC / Apple Mac . 
2.  The type of cables that you can connect to your PC / Apple Mac . 

 

 

 

Connect directly to your PC or Apple Mac  

1.  Connect the supplied adapter to the NAS and 

the power outlet 

 

2.  Connect the network cable to your NAS and 

to your PC / Apple Mac 

 

3.  See chapter ‘Install’ for instructions on how to 

install your NAS on PC / Apple Mac 
 

4.  Enjoy your NAS as external storage device 

 

How to enjoy your NAS (without a wizard) 

 

 

1.  Go to Windows Explorer 

 

2.  Select ‘Tools’ 

 

3.  Select ‘Map network drive’ 

 

 

 

4.  Check the label on the back of the NAS for 

‘NETBIOS’
