Why isn’t the

There is a 
problem with the 
printer.

“Card full” or 
“Internal memory 
full” message 
appear?

There is no more 
available memory 
on the card or in 
the camera’s 
internal memory.

Delete unnecessary 
data, or use a card 
that has more 
memory available.

Why does the 
“Card is protected” 
message appear?

The lock switch on 
the card is in the 
locked (protect) 
position.

Move the lock switch 
to the unlocked 
position.
