ed annually by a qualified service person. 
If needed, have venting system cleaned or

burn paper or other objects.

10. Do not use any solid fuels (wood, coal, pa-

per, cardboard, etc.) in this fireplace. Use 
only.gas.type.indicated.on.nameplate.

11. This appliance, when installed, must be 

electrically.grounded.in.accordance.with.
local  codes  or,  in  the  absence  of  local 
codes,  with  the  National  Electric  Code, 
ANSI/NFPA 70, or the Canadian Electric 
Code, CSA C22.1.
