4. When finished selecting locations, press

5. If satisfied with the entries submitted, press 

 to begin 

transmission or to load the documents.  If you wish to 

 what entries have been submitted, press the 

 key 

to access an Entry Report or to check the entries via the LCD 
screen.

6. If checking the entries, the display will read:

key to print the Entry Report or press 

 to 

check the entries via the LCD.  If checking via LCD the 
following appears:

 key repeatedly to cycle through the entries.  

Press 

to accept the entry or 

 to clear the entry.  

9. Once finished, press 

 to exit the verification menu and the 

display will read:

10. Press 

 to begin transmission or to load the documents 

and then send.

The delayed transmission feature allows you to send documents 
at a specified date and time, and frees you from the need to 
manually start the transmission. You can program a delayed 
transmission to occur at any time on the day of your 
transmission, or at any time over the next three days.

One-Touch key

Press the One-Touch key. Lift the main One-Touch 
keypad to access One-Touch keys 21-40.

Auto Dial number

Press the Auto Dial key, and then enter the 3-digit 
Auto Dial number on the numeric keypad.

A group

Using the numeric keypad, press the # key after press 
Auto Dial key, then enter the number of the group you 
want to use.

Dial as you would on a normal telephone.
