Frequently-used Commands

DEFINE PROTO 

APPLETALK option

{EN|DIS}

Enables or Disables the AppleTalk protocol for the 
Server.

ZONE newzone

Places the Server in a zone other than the default.

DEFINE PROTO IP 

{EN|DIS}

Enables or Disables the TCP/IP protocol for the Server.

GATEWAY ipaddr

Same as DEFINE SERVER GATEWAY ipaddress, page 
M-2.

IPADDRESS ipaddr

Same as DEFINE SERVER IPADDRESS ipaddress, 
page M-3.

LOADHOST ipaddr

Same as DEFINE SERVER LOADHOST ipaddress, 
page M-3.

NAMESERVER 

ipaddr

Specifies the IP address of the host that will resolve text 
host names into their numeric equivalents for TCP/IP 
connection attempts.

DEFINE PROTO 

LANMAN option

{EN|DIS}

Enables or Disables the LAN Manager protocol for the 
Server.

DEFINE PROTO LAT 

{EN|DIS}

Enables or Disables the LAT protocol for the Server.

LICENSE string

Enables LAT on multi-port Servers. Enter the license 
string obtained from Lantronix.
