• YES: Firmware upgrade function enabled. If any firmware inside iPod, it starts 

firmware update automatically right after you exit SETUP mode. After   

updating iPod, it goes back to disabled state (NO) automatically. 

• NO. : Firmware upgrade function disabled 

 

 

VERSION MODE allows you to 

check the firmware version on screen. To 

remove the information, press ESC. 

 

 

 

You can exit setup mode by selecting EXIT SETUP. By pressing SETUP key, you 

can exit setup mode too. 

 

 

CODEC NOT SUPPORTED 

message appears on screen.   

Check if a selected file is supported by the system.   

Check your firmware version, and if new firmware is 

available, please update. 

DIVX DECRIPTION ERROR 

Check if the movie file format is supported by the system. 

NO MEDIA DETECTED 

message appears 

Check if the iPod or USB storage device is securely 

connected to the MG725 connector. 

Nothing appears on screen 

Check if the A/V OUT cable is properly connected to TV or 

receiver’s A/V input terminal.   

Make sure they are securely connected.
