Purpose
Sets up to 32 horizontal tab positions.

n1 through n32 specify the character column of the tab positions.

Purpose
Prints the data in the buffer (if any) and advances the vertical
character postion one line at the current line space setting.

If configured for LF equals newline (LF=CR+LF), the logical print
head is positioned at character column 1 of the new line.
