Overscan Borders: [On, Off]
Choose whether the overscan borders are active. The borders extend video from one
edge of the screen to the next. (To see the borders, select
edge of the screen to the next. (To see the borders, select
reverse
for Screen Video.)

Key Mode: [ASCII, ScanCode]
Select whether keys transmit ASCII codes or the ScanCode. The ScanCode transmits a
“make code” when a key is pressed and a “break code” upon its release. When
ScanCode is selected, “Comm Mode” is forced to

half a second. This setting does not affect the following keys on the EPC keyboard:
Caps Lock, Scroll Lock, Num Lock, Shift keys, Ctrl keys, Alt keys, Return, Print
Screen, Pause. On the ANSI keyboard, the following keys are unaffected: Lock, F1–
F5, Shift keys, Control, Compose, and Return.
