NETGEAR 8800 User Manual 
To modify the hardware table utilization, use the following command:
configure forwarding hash-algorithm [crc16 | crc32] {dual-hash [on | off]}

The 
dual-hash [on | off]
 parameter applies only to NETGEAR 8800 series switches. It 
allows you to disable dual-hashing on NETGEAR 8800 modules. The default value for 
dual-hash is on.
After you enter the command, the switch displays a message similar to the following:
Warning:  This command will take effect only after a save and reboot
Viewing the Hash Algorithm Setting
To view the hardware table settings on the switch, including the configured hash algorithm 
and the current hash algorithm, use the following command:
show forwarding configuration
The following is sample output from this command:
