If no one can join the web conference, perform the following 
checks:

1.  If all the users are attending from MeetingTime, make sure 

MeetingTime has the correct IP address of the web 
conference server and views the server as active. 

To check that MeetingTime has the correct information, go to 
the Usage Parameters topic in the Configure tab, and scroll 
down to the Data Meetings Section. Then make sure that the:

Data Mtg IP Address parameter contains the correct IP 

address of the web conference server.

Web Conference Active parameter is set to Yes.

If either of these parameters is incorrect, restart the 
MeetingPlace Agent service. MeetingTime is then updated 
with the correct information.

2.  Make sure the following Windows services are running on the 

web conference server:

MP Agent

Conferencing Gateway 

Conferencing GCC

Conferencing MCS

3.  Check the MeetingPlace Web Event log for any messages 

related to the web conference server. Report any major errors 
to your MeetingPlace support representative.

4.  Check the Windows Event Viewer, Application log, for any 

errors related to the Windows server.
