This section presents a brief overview of how CVP performs media file handling. It includes information

Media Server
In CVP, the Media Server is a computer or set of computers, which “serve” the media files that contain
messages and prompts that callers will hear. There are two types of Media Servers defined in CVP
according to the mechanism where the media file is accessed:
