Troubleshooting Check List
Follow these steps when investigating problems with CAD in a thin client environment.
1. Document the steps that led up to the problem.
2. Document the call flow that led to the problem.
3. Set the appropriate debugging level in debugging logs.
4. Test to see if the problem is reproducible. 
5. Ensure that your system is configured in accordance with the documentation.
6. Collect all relevant logs, including:
CAD
CIsco Unified CCX
Cisco Unified CCE
Cisco Unified Communications Manager
