The account-information fields in a CSV file are not case-sensitive. Thus,

Administration cannot create that account. In this case, Site Administration
generates a list of records for the accounts that it was unable to create,

these records to your computer for reference or to correct the errors

Creating a CSV File Template

On the navigation bar, under Manage Users, click Import/Export Users.

On the Batch Import/Export Users page, click Export. A message will
display staying that your request is received. You will receive an email
notification when the export process is complete.

Using the link in the email notification, open the file containing the data
that you exported in a spreadsheet program, such as Excel.

If you want to only add new user accounts, delete any account data that
