Your WebEx site includes customizable email templates in HTML and plain
text format. The Email Templates page indicates whether an HTML format

Customize email templates
Your WebEx service automatically sends email messages, for example when

On the navigation bar, under Manage Site, click Email Templates.
A list of available email templates appears.

If your WebEx site has multiple services, at Existing Email Templates for,
select the service whose templates you want to customize.
