Defining SNMPv1 and SNMPv2 Notification Recipients
Use the Notification Recipient page to configure SNMP users to receive 
notification when SNMP traps are triggered. This page configures SNMPv1 and

To configure SNMPv1 and SNMPv2 recipients:
STEP 1
Click SNMP > Notification Recipient in the navigation window.
The Notification Recipient table lists the currently configured recipients.
STEP  2
Click Add.
STEP  3
Enter the parameters:
Recipient IP Address—Enter the IP address (or the hostname) of the node 
to receive trap notifications.
Community String—Select the community string to be included in the trap 
notifications sent to the user. 
Notification Version—Select the protocol version of the notifications that 
are sent to the user.
UDP Port—Enter the UDP port number for the recipient, from 1025–65535. 
The default port number for SNMP recipients 162.
STEP  4
Click Apply and click Close. Your changes are saved to the running configuration.
