Rate limiting for nsAPI allows administrator to control the number of API requests that the users are 
allowed to make in a given time interval. For more details, see

Prime Service Catalog can be integrated with UCS Director to discover and create orderable services 
for the following UCS Director entities:
Standard Catalog
Fenced Container Templates, Fenced Container Catalogs
VACS Templates, VACS Containers, VACS Catalogs
Discovering the entities from UCS Director can be done manually or by scheduling the discovery at 
regular intervals. All entities except Users will be automatically synchronized, if you have enabled 
the UCSD Scheduler. Any change in User on UCS Director should be manually synchronized in 
Prime Service Catalog. For more information, see 
Lifecycle operations on the discovered Containers and Virtual Machines (VMs) from UCS Director 
like Power ON/Off Container and Power On/Off VMs are supported from Prime Service Catalog.
The definition for these service items are automatically created during the Prime Service Catalog
