Cisco Prime Service Catalog can also be purchased as part of the Cisco Intelligent Automation for 
Cloud solution (that includes out-of-box cloud management content) to provide cloud Infrastructure as 
a Service (IaaS) and cloud orchestration services.

Prime Service Catalog provides support for:

Creating wizard-style service form by using dictionaries, active form components, and custom 
attributes for the form paginations. The wizard is rendered as steps based on Active Form 
Components or Dictionaries used within the service.

Hiding service items and associated service request using the new Hide in Service Catalog option. 
The service items and associate service request will be hidden for the end users from the browse 
view, search view, open and completed orders in My Stuff.

Tracking the changes in service design entities like Active Form Components, Dictionaries, and 
Services done over a period of time, only if enabled by an administrator.

Setting up an event-based policy that trigger actions against a service item attribute when the 
specified condition is met.

Publishing service requests to other applications and systems using the new task type - Queue 
Service Request.

nsAPI task to grant or revoke permissions for a service item or multiple service items that are created 
using grid dictionaries.

New String (max) data type available for service item Attribute Type for storing large strings.
