Workaround: After the script has been started and it is in
Running state and the DMPs have settled down after
downloading the config from SVD, do a GetStatus from the
Dashboard and make sure that the DMPs are UP. If they have
a red status *and* have physical connectivity please do a soft
reboot to recover them.
