Abandoned counts do not match between IPCC Enterprise Child and ICM Enterprise Parent
Symptom:
In Service reports on the ICM Enterprise parent, the abandoned counts are not the same as the
abandoned counts in Call Type reports on the IPCC Enterprise child.
Message:
None.
Cause:
The configuration for Abandon Wait Time threshold (short calls) does not match between the
ICM Enterprise parent and the IPCC Enterprise child. See "Differences Between ICM Enterprise
Parent and IPCC Enterprise Child Reporting".
Action:
Ensure that the configurations are the same on both systems.
Service level metrics do not match between ICM Enterprise parent and IPCC Enterprise child
Symptom:
Information in Service Reports on the ICM Enterprise parent for service levels does not match
the information in Call Type Reports for service levels in IPCC Enterprise child.
Message:
None.
Cause:
The call types in the IPCC Enterprise child get autoconfigured as services on the ICM Enterprise
parent. The IPCC Enterprise child resets the service level timer every time call type changes.
This behavior is not the same for services in the ICM Enterprise parent.
Action:
None.
Default Skill Group on ICM Enterprise parent shows no data
Symptom:
The default skill group that appears in the Item Selection list for WebView does not show any
data when selected for reporting.
