In some cases, if you have a problem with your appliance, Support may ask you to generate
troubleshooting files to help them diagnose the problem. You can select any of the options listed in the
following table to customize the troubleshooting data that the health monitor reports.

Use the following procedure to generate customized troubleshooting files that you can send to Support.
To generate troubleshooting files:

The Health Monitor page appears.

To expand the appliance list to show appliances with a particular status, click the arrow in that status row.
