Requires separate purchase of Cart Integration service. Purchase of
3-year program required within 1 year of integration service. Initial
maintenance visit occurs approximately 12 months after integration
• One on-site visit per year over 3 consecutive years
• Detailed inspection of entire cart—upper cart, lower cart and
power system—including adjustment of all counterbalance
mechanisms. Replacement up to $50 USD equivalent of broken
or worn parts over a 3-year period (for 3-year service only)
• Preventive maintenance checklist used to evaluate entire cart
• Service report on all carts evaluated at completion of the
maintenance visit, which documents service on each cart for
your asset management
• Follow up: contact to ensure satisfaction after completion of
each visit
• For carts using StyleLink (Basic Client Version): customer would
send Ergotron their StyleLink files 30–45 days after install for us
to review and recommend best practices within 3 business days.
StyleLink files will then be downloaded by Ergotron during the
annual visits, analyzed and recommendations reported back to
the customer within 3 business days
• Three-year service includes proactive notification regarding next
service visit
• Thirty-day warranty, starts on final day of service site visit

ensures an easier installation of Enterprise Software
• Tailor configurations to user’s specific hardware
• Unpack carts, monitors, CPUs, laptops, keyboards, mice, etc.
• Prepare carts for hardware installation
• Install hardware (carts, monitors, CPUs, laptops, keyboards,
mice, etc.)

• Route and organize cabling

• Preventive maintenance—comprehensive evaluation of cart
inventory, via a 3-step process:  upper cart inspection,
lower cart inspection,  power system inspection
• Battery replacement: remove installed batteries, install fully
charged new batteries, install cable harnesses, dispose of the old
batteries
• Service report on all inspected carts
• Inspections conducted by a trained, certified and contracted
service provider
• Thirty-day warranty, starts on final day of service site visit
(batteries exempt)
• Battery warranty: limited one (1) year performance warranty and
six (6) month warranty against manufacturer’s defects

• The customer would be allowed to send 3 more StyleLink
reports to Ergotron (probably quarterly) that would be analyzed
and a response sent back within 3 business days regarding any
exceptions in the files
• Ergotron will provide a summary report at the end of the 1-year
period and recommend best practices for future consideration
• Summary of the service offered:
  1–1.5 month – post deployment evaluation of the practices and
provide best practices guidance
  4–6 months – validation of practices, check for exceptions –
high temp, deep discharges, verify power system functions, etc
  7–9 months – validation of practices, check for exceptions, verify
power system functions, analyze battery state of health and
make recommendations
  Final Check – provides a full summary and recommendations for
improved practices
• Service expires 1 year from purchase
