– [Overwrite Recordings]: Determines whether recorded camera images are erased automatically

by new images when the hub’s SD card is full.

Changing the name and location assignment of a camera

Image and infrared sensor sensitivity (outdoor cameras only)
You can adjust the sensitivity of the camera’s motion detection features.

From the [Home Network] app home screen, tap [Settings].

Tap [Device Profiles].

Tap [Camera].

Select the device that you want to change settings for.

Tap [Motion Sensitivity].

Select the desired setting.
– [High]: The image sensor and infrared sensor are very sensitive to changes in the image and to

temperature variations, i.e., even a small change in the image or temperature will trigger the
sensor.

– [Normal]: The image sensor and infrared sensor are moderately sensitive to changes in the image

and to temperature variations.

– [Low]: The image sensor and infrared sensor are somewhat sensitive to changes in the image

and to temperature variations.

– [Very Low]: The image sensor and infrared sensor are only slightly sensitive to changes in the

image and to temperature variations, i.e., a large change in the image or temperature is required to
trigger the sensor.

– [Advanced]: Allows you to set the sensitivity of the image sensor and the infrared sensor

individually. See  “Setting the image sensor and infrared sensor individually”, Page 72.

Tap [OK].

and selecting [Outdoor Camera Settings].

Set the camera’s [Motion Sensitivity] setting to [Advanced].

Tap [IR Sensor] or [Video Motion].

Select the desired setting.
– [High]: The selected sensor is very sensitive to changes, i.e., even a small change will trigger the

sensor.

– [Normal]: The selected sensor is moderately sensitive to changes.
– [Low]: The selected sensor is somewhat sensitive to changes.
