NOTE: Only 1 device at a time can be included into TaHomA.

1.  Make sure all devices you wish to include correctly control all attached loads before including in TaHomA. 

2.  In the Somfy Inclusion Tool Program, click “Add Device to Network.” Wait until the progress window displays the 

message “Preparing to add node to network. Press inclusion button on device” before continuing to the next step.

  

 

3.  Activate the programming button on the device to be included as per the device’s instructions. The progress window 

will display “Node Found” and the Inclusion Tool will display “Device added successfully!”

4.  Once the Somfy Inclusion Tool program confirms successful inclusion, in TaHomA’s Device Configurator, click the

“Refresh” button in the upper right hand corner to display the device’s icon.

5.  Click the device’s “EDIT” button and in the Device Editor Window that appears, name the device and assign it to a room.

6.  Activate devices to confirm inclusion by selecting the corresponding node number from the Somfy Inclusion Tool

Program’s Node # drop down list and clicking ON and OFF.

7.   Repeat as necessary until all devices have been included.

2.  In the Somfy Inclusion Tool Program, click the “Add to Controller (Learn Network)” button. 

3.  Once the Device Finder window displays the message “Found a Device” and the Name and Room drop down menus 

appear, the USBIC has been successfully included in the TaHomA system.

4.  You may rename the USBIC if desired, but you do not need to assign it to a room, as the USBIC will be removed from 

TaHomA when programming is complete.
