to add another extension (up to a maximum of three
extensions).

to remove the currently highlighted extension from the list.
c. Press
to record an audio annotation.
d. Press
to forward the message to the extension.
11. Observe that the Message Forwarded screen shown below appears.
12. The forwarded message will appear in the recipient’s Message list.
