•  Draper sells only to authorized Draper dealers under this price list. Posses-

sion of the price list does not necessarily constitute an offer to sell .

•  All prices FOB factory, which means they do not include freight or instal-

lation, except as noted . Prices and specifications are subject to change 
without notice .

•  When you are expecting a delivery weighing more than 100 lbs., please 

plan appropriately for unloading the truck . The carrier is not responsible for 
unloading . If you need notification to do this, please request a call before 
delivery .

•  Return policy: No product may be returned without a written Return Material 

Authorization . Returns are subject to a restock ing charge (except warranty re-
pairs), and must be shipped freight prepaid according to Draper’s instructions .

•  Cancellation Policy: Cancelled orders may result in cancellation charges. 

While we will make every effort to minimize such charges, once an order 
is entered for manufacture, its cancellation may result in charges for 
material, labor, shipping or restocking .

•  Warranty: All products in this price list are warranted for one year against 

defects in materials and workmanship, with these exceptions:  V Screen has 
a 5-year warranty and Cinescreen has a 10-year warranty . Detailed warranty 
terms are available upon request .
