Freight Damage Policy—Please Read
Obvious Freight Damage—
If you receive a shipment
from us with obvious freight damage, REFUSE IT and inform us

Concealed Freight Damage—

it is your responsibility to open it immediately and report any
concealed freight damage to the delivering carrier immediately and
in writing . Pursuing the claim is also your responsibility, but we will
assist you to the best of our ability to secure a favorable settlement
from the carrier . We will also provide a replacement product at the
originally quoted price; and, if you desire, once the claim has been
settled, we will accept the return of the freight damaged product for
whatever credit we can provide, based upon its salvage value .

3 . Draper insures all Cinescreen shipments against freight damage .
