7.1 Security settings
To join and operate as part of an HA network, a device needs to know the extended
address of the trust center prior to network join. In addition, each HA device has a
predefined link key known to the trust center. This security mechanism is identical to
the standard security mode with link keys mode used in SE networks.
7.2 Occupancy sensor
For supported platforms with buttons, occupancy sensor state can be controlled
manually by pressing a button. On XMEGA-STK600 and megaRF-STK600, when the
SW0
button is pressed, the sensor’s state is toggled. For supported platforms with no
buttons, the state is toggled automatically by the application every 20 seconds.
Occupancy sensor binds with remote control and dimmable light devices. Once
Occupancy sensor binds with remote control and dimmable light devices. Once
bound to, occupancy sensor will report its state to remote control and light devices
every four seconds. The standard ZCL reporting mechanisms are used for reporting.
