The propeller and the spinner are held by a clamping mechanism (1). 
Proceed as follows to replace a damaged propeller:
•  Remove the spinner cap (2) by pulling it off forward.
•  Compress the clamping mechanism with small long-nosed pliers (1) and pull off the spinner (3) forwards.
•  Compress the clamping mechanism with small long-nosed pliers (1) and pull off the propeller (4) forward.
•  Install the spare propeller on the model in the reverse order.
