Click on Phone Book to display the configuration window (see 

). The Phone Book window enables 

users to add, modify, or delete phone numbers:

•

To add a name, type the name (up to a maximum of 31 characters) and number (up to a maximum of 63 
characters), then click 

•

To modify or delete a name, select the name from the list and click 

 to edit the listing or 

 to 

delete the listing

•

To delete all names from the listing, click 

.

Name
The name you would like to add. 

Number
The phone number that corresponds to the name.
