Choose “Search for a suitable driver for my device.” Click Next. The wizard asks 
where it should look for the driver files:

Choose “Specify a Location” and click Next. 
The wizard displays a file locator:

Enter or browse to the following directory (assuming C:\Observer Files is your 
Observer directory):
