Print Quality Issues

Contamination on the card surface.
Solution:
Check that cards are stored in a dust free environment.
Use a different supply of cards.

Cleaning roller not installed.
Dust inside the printer and/or dirty cleaning roller.
Solution:
Perform a cleaning of the printer.
Check that the protective cover was removed from the ribbon cartridge
