Advanced Phone Features

Call Waiting
ISDN Call Waiting lets you place a call on hold while you answer another incoming call on the
same phone (directory) number. By default, call waiting is enabled on both of the router phone
ports but can be disabled on either port from Menu 2.1.
The Call Waiting feature on your ISDN line works in the same way as on a regular analog line.
After hearing a call waiting indicator tone, press and immediately release the flash hook button on
your telephone. Doing so places your current call on hold and lets you hear the incoming call.
To drop the current call and switch to an incoming or holding call:
After hearing a Call Waiting indicator tone, hang up the phone and wait for the phone to ring
before answering the incoming/holding call.
