Diverting calls
Set automatic
This is where you set up the time slots for automatic call diversion. This does not
switch on or activate call diversion. You do this with the Activate automatic
menu item.

Press the softkey "Call rout." or
the key Call diversion (9630, 9640).
Scroll to the Set automatic menu item.
Confirm selection.
Enter the number to which you want to divert the calls, e.g.
to 1234.
Scroll to Start time.
Enter

start time, e.g. "12:00".
Scroll to Stop time.
Enter
the
stop
time,
e.g.
"14:00".
Scroll to Weekday.
Confirm selection.
Select pattern e.g., Mon-Fri.
Once you activate automatic call diversion, Automatic 1 will start Mondays to Friday
from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

Press the "Save" softkey. The setting is saved.
Configure additional automatic call diversion if necessary.
• This menu item will only be displayed if you have the corresponding
authorization granted by your system administrator.
• If you set up two automatic call diversions, the start and stop times can be
nested within each other.
