If the view does not center on the desired location the first time, keep clicking the location until it centers.
Zoom is unavailable when the camera’s digital zoom is set to [Disable].
Pan/tilt/zoom is unavailable if a fixed camera or an external camera, such as the VC-C50i, is used.
About Digital Zoom
When [Digital Zoom] is set to [Enable] on the camera’s Setting Page, digital zoom operations are made possible and
the maximum telephoto for the optical zoom is displayed on the zoom slider.
Similarly, when [Enhanced Digital Zoom] is set to [Enable] in the camera's Setting Page, enhanced digital zoom
operations are made possible and the maximum telephoto for the optical zoom and the enhanced digital zoom are
displayed on the zoom slider.
Note
• When using digital zoom, the picture quality decreases as the zoom ratio increases.
• Enhanced digital zoom is digital zoom that can be used without drops in picture quality. The range for enhanced digital zoom will
vary depending on the video size configured in [Video Receive Size].
Change the Camera Angle Using a Panorama Image
Change the camera angle by specifying a position on a panorama image.
The frame is yellow when you have control of the camera. Drag the frame to change its size and zoom the camera
in/out.
Drag the center of the frame to move the frame and change the camera angle.
If you draw a rectangle anywhere on the panorama image, the frame is redrawn at that location and the camera
angle and zoom change correspondingly.

Important
The maximum telephoto for the enhanced digital zoom will be displayed even when [Digital Zoom] is set to [Disable] and
[Enhanced Digital Zoom] is set to [Enable] in the camera settings, and zooming until the image becomes distorted will be
possible.
