• Even if [sec. before event] is set to 0, recording will continue when events are continuously generated.
• The higher the value for [sec. before event], the greater the memory usage is for the Storage Server. If the Storage Server has
insufficient memory and the duration to record before an event is set high, the server will run out of virtual memory, which
consumes hard disk space, significantly reducing processing performance.
• If you specify a preset camera angle for sensor recording, the camera angle will change to the preset angle when sensor
recording starts. Therefore, the camera angle of the recording before the sensor recording event will be different from the one
after the event. If [Recording Options] is set to record a short time after an event and the sensor input is very short, recording may
stop before the camera reaches the preset camera angle.
Adjust Video Quality ([Image Adjustment] Tab)
(1)
[Not Specified] / [Specify]
When [Not Specified] is selected, all items in this tab are locked to [Not Specified]. In this case, video quality is
determined by camera settings.
To activate tab settings, select [Specify].
(2)
[Exposure]
The settings change according to the selected exposure setting.
• [Auto]
Automatically control the exposure.
• [Auto (Flickerless)]
Reduce flicker from light sources, such as fluorescent lighting. The shutter speed is automatically adjusted
according to the lighting conditions.
• [Auto (Flickerless 2)]
Select this when flicker reduction with [Auto (Flickerless)] is not sufficient. As the auto adjustment range for
the shutter speed is suppressed to remain below 1/100 s, overexposure may occur.
• [Auto (Shutter Priority)]
Specify the shutter speed.
