Windows XP
1.
Display the Windows System Properties folder. The procedure for doing this varies 
depending on whether “My Computer” is on your desktop or in the first level of the Start 
menu. 
If it's on your desktop, right click on the My Computer icon and then select Properties 
from the menu that appears.
If it's on the first level of the Start menu, select My Computer from the Start menu and then 
click View System Information in the left column of the window that appears.

Select the Hardware tab.

Click the Device Manager button. The Device Manager appears. The three virtual ports 
created by Sprint SmartView are listed under the Ports (COM & LPT) heading of this 
window.
Windows Vista
