The Scheduling and Notification Process
Meetings that are set up using Lotus Notes go through a different
scheduling and notification process than those meetings set up
using MeetingTime or MeetingPlace Web. The following two

Lotus Notes
When a meeting is scheduled using Lotus Notes, the Domino
server receives the scheduling request and sends it to the
MeetingPlace for Notes gateway. The gateway then passes the
