meetings setup using Lotus Notes.

Note: When a meeting is scheduled from Lotus Notes,
MeetingPlace is not able to track which invited participants have
MeetingPlace user profiles so it treats everyone as a guest invitee.
This limitation prevents the system from automatically outdialing
